Want to cancel your order?
Hurry because we usually ship FAST! If you cancel after your order ships, customer will be responsible for the return/shipping fees.

When you receive your order please inspect it ASAP to let us know if there are any problems. Please let us know within a day or two if you receive a damaged/defective product and we will figure out a plan. We cannot do anything if your product has had its tags removed and/or is washed/stained, etc…

Returns & Exchanges
Dang it! We strive to only carry 100% loveable products but we understand sometimes expectations aren’t met. We are sorry it didn’t work out but understand and will do everything possible to make you happy.
We offer a 14 day return policy, If 14 days (post marked) have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.

We do offer exchanges, but because of the quick turn-over rate of our products we cannot guarantee it will still be in stock. So go ahead and place an order for the new item and THEN mail back (customer is responsible for shipping charges) your item and we will process your exchange. 

The Obvious:
Item can’t be altered, washed or worn and please make sure the item is clean and & TAGS must STILL be attached.

Shipping instructions:

  • EASIEST- If return is approved, an email will be sent with the return shipping label. Package your items in original packaging and affix the label. If you use the label, $7.95 will be deducted from your return/credit amount. Inside the package please include a copy of your original receipt is included.
  • OR If you do not want to use our label disregard the email and bring your package to the post office. Inside the package please include a copy of your original receipt and send to:

Please get a tracking # and insurance is up to you but we recommend it. We are not responsible for packages lost/damaged by the shipper.

Details:
Once received, it will be processed ASAP but usually take us about 4-7 days. We will refund your original payment method used. Please allow up to 5 days for your bank to receive the funds.
